What is UnitedScrip and How does it work?
Scrip actually means anything used in the place of money, in our case, Gift Cards. ScripZone brings you new additional options to
make your shopping experience even easier, from the convenience of your home as it helps generate revenue for our PTO!
UnitedScrip purchases Gift Cards on behalf of non-profit organizations from grocery stores, restaurants, department stores, and
other retailers. Because UnitedScrip pays for these upfront in large quantities, the retailers provide the card at a discounted price.
Non-profit organizations, such as GNMS, purchase these (discounted) from UnitedScrip and then sell them for face value to
members for their everyday purchases.
                                                     Facts about Gift Cards

       Many of the cards are redeemable at multiple locations.
       Most gift cards have no expiration date or fees and may be redeemed in store locations nationwide or online.
       Each gift card is valued at the purchase price (example: $25 cash = $25 gift card). Profits for the fundraiser are donated by
        the retailers.
       Cards can be redeemed through multiple purchases until balance is depleted or combined for a single purchase.

Here is how:
                                1. Go to: www.scripzone.com



                                                                                                               2. Click on “New User”
                                                                                                               and fill in all of the
                                                                                                               blanks. Click “Accept and
                                                                                                               Create User”. Fill in your
                                                                                                               name and address
                                                                                                               information. Click
                                                                                                               “finish” and you will be
                                                                                                               taken to a new screen
                                                                                                               which has a “Join Group”
                                                                                                               button. Type in our
                                                                                                               group id: 706883GNMS



Or you can complete the attached order form and return to the office.
3. Place your order by November 2nd.

4. Please send your check made payable to GNMS PTO along with your order form. If you order online, please enter your order
number on your check. This needs to be completed and turned in to the office prior to November 2nd. Checks not turned in by
the deadline will result in the order not being placed.

5. Pick up your order on November 9th at the school office between 3:30 and 4:30. Please note gift cards can be sent home with
