Thank you for your interest in Flourish Fest. We look forward to you joining us over the
weekend to share your message and gifts with others.
This pack contains information about taking part in the festival, either through offering your
gifts during healing sessions or through speaking with people in the form of workshops.
Please complete the application form and send it back to us before Friday 30th March 2012.

Booking Arrangements
Flourish Fest is being run as a not for profit event by the pooling together of gifts and talents
of a dedicated group of founders who share the wish to be part of something new and
uplifting for people in Ireland and beyond.
Initially we had planned to cover some festival costs by charging teachers and therapists to
take part. However we are delighted that due to a generous donation from one of our
founders we are now able to offer you free participation opportunities. All that you are
required to do is purchase a full weekend pass ticket for the Festival to be eligible to
participate. Early Bird Prices are available, for all tickets purchased by Monday 2nd April. We
will offer each applicant at least one slot in either a workshop or a wellness area as
requested. Should additional wellness slots be available and you are interested we will
contact you at that stage to agree a fee for the extra session(s).

producing a final and extended programme on 5 April 2012 which will include additional therapists
and workshop bookings.
Opportunities to Participate
There are several ways in you can take part in Flourish Fest:
Work in the LEARNING ZONE, you can facilitate 2-hour long workshops,
speaking about whatever you choose providing of course it links to the overall
Flourish Fest themes of self- discovery, relaxation and wellness. Workshops will
mainly be held in yurts and converted buildings each of which will accommodate
on average 15 – 20 participants. For yoga and meditation classes the yurt will hold
10 people).
Work in the WELLNESS ZONE, you will be able to book out an area for an
allocated block of time to offer 1:1 healing sessions to people attending the festival
for a donation charge eg Reiki, spiritual healing, aromatherapy, reflexology, angel
therapy etc. Please note that these are ALL eco-friendly units, taking into account
the nature of the festival. They therefore do not have power as we are aiming for a
very rustic and healing touch in these areas. Every area will be provided with a
treatment bed as well as sufficient drinking water. The areas available are the
Boathouse, the Treehouse and 3 yurts. These are all ideal places for soothing
massages and healing treatments and sessions and will give you the peace and
quiet needed when working closely with people.
Book a special accommodation and wellness option the Yurts are also used
for accommodation purposes by the venue, and for this reason, we have made a
special package available to those who wish to hire off a wellness zone for the
entire weekend. You can then have full use of the yurt for your overnight
accommodation whilst also using it during the day to deliver treatments. The yurt
will have a double bed and 2 people may stay in it provided they have both bought
a weekend pass to the festival. The cost of this option is 300 euros. Contact us
directly to discuss how this works.
What’s Next?
Please complete the application form and return it to us by Friday 30th March. On 1st
April we will review all applications received and finalise a programme to give those
who come to the Festival access to the widest range of experiences possible. At that
stage we will come back to you to clarify any issues and agree together the venue,
timings etc for your session(s). Final confirmation will be made when you have
purchased your Festival weekend pass.
