Criteria for Youth applicant:
 Male/ female age 16-32 from Arab countries
 Actively engaged in local community (previous involvement in youth organizations,
  projects, activities)
 Credibility of the applicant (reference needed)
 Fluent in spoken and written Arabic (a foreign language is a plus)
 Access to regular and reliable broadband internet
 Able to use information and communication technologies (for example: blogs,
  emails, discussion forums, online chat)
 Passionate about creating positive change in their community

Criteria for Youth-led projects
 Project targeting youth in Arab countries.
 Relevant to major challenges/problems in the community, such as health, education,
  employment, participation in society, environment.
 SMART objectives and tangible activities (Specific, Measurable, Attainable,
  Realistic, Tangible)
