This data is then used for direct marketing and by online ad platforms for targeted ad display.
Reporting to the Founder/CEO, created the IT organization, recruited and mentored the team and built the
Groundswell product suite. Defined the product requirements and product roadmap for the Groundswell

Subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet offering proprietary, Web-based business information for marketing, sales,
and business development professionals. Annual revenues exceed $100M. Hoovers database contains over
100 million records of companies, people, finance, news and other related data.
Reporting to the CIO, program managed the launch of several Hoovers products. Instilled an environment of
transparency, accountability and continuous improvement. Streamlined processes for PMO, development,
test and launch and re-organized the team around product lines and operational development. Developed
technology deployment roadmap and aligned budget, hiring, infrastructure with the roadmap

ATT Call Center Process Standardization: Project Manager. Standardized call center processes
that affected over 300 call centers in US. These processes were then converted into business and
technical requirements for improving/upgrading the applications being used by call center reps
ATT Data Warehouse: Project Manager. Led the development of business and technical
requirements for adding new features and functionality for the ATT Data Warehouse. Worked with
executives of over 13 departments within ATT to develop these requirements and obtain sign-off
Excel Communication: Test Manager. Oversaw development of over 1300 test cases based on
business and technical requirements. Managed test team for system, integration and user-
acceptance testing. Coordinated with engineering teams for bug-fixes and with release managers for
code deployment to various environments

ATT SI: Project Manager. Led and coordinated the development of operating processes for creating
a new organization within ATT. These processes were used to initiate and staff the organization.
Relera: Project Manager: Developed processes for the Relera call-centers. These processes were
