I bring along a wealth of hands-on-experience in catering field having gained
the knowledge from Industrial trainings in highly esteemed establishments
where food production is concerned.. I am well knowledgeable in various
sections of the kitchen .i.e. Still room, Saucier, Fish and Meat, Garde Manger
and Pastry areas. I am results oriented and relate well with the kitchen brigade.

I hold a Diploma in Professional Chefs Course from the Top Chefs Culinary
Institute. I am also well conversant with Microsoft-suite packages and skilled at
using software systems and the use of internet.

I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with willingness to
learn and multi-task among others. I am a motivated self–starter and skilled in
handling food production, efficient in meeting deadlines and has an excellent
working relationship with both staff and customers. I am a team player and

Was responsible for the following duties;
(Line cook)
-Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or
  stations or other areas of the kitchen.
-Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.
-Prepare all food items ads directed in sanitary and timely manner.
-Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the
  restaurant.
-Restock all items as needed through out shift.
-Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational
skills.
-Have understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all
  equipment in station.
-Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the
Chef, Sous Chef, Chef De Partie at any time.
