FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY


               Area Manager, GE Money Home Lending

               My main objective is to continuously raise the standards of the
               team.

My current role of Area Manager carries key responsibilities:

                  To supervise and report on adviser performance, KPIs, and KRIs
                   to ensure that standards are achieved and maintained.

                  To identify development needs, provide feedback and agree a
                   remedial action plan if the required standards are not met.

                  To complete the supervisory activities as per the T&C Scheme.

                  To maintain adequate documentary evidence of supervisory
                   activity in the T&C files, including the validation of CPD.

                  To gain and maintain personal competency both as an adviser
                   and a supervisor.

                  To assist in the recruitment, stage 1 and stage 2 training
                   processes of new entrant advisers.

                  To plan, present, discuss and agree actions in a monthly team
                   meeting.
