CAREER PROFILE:

Procurement Solutions Strategy Consultant (Independent Consultant), 2006-Current: Develop procurement related
strategies for large-scale e-procurement and outsourced services solution implementations across multiple Fortune 500
clients. (See list of clients above) Work with clients to obtain approval on proposed strategy and sponsorship on project
implementation. Provide leadership for cross-functional, global teams to execute against strategy and fully mobilize
implementation of procurement solutions. Have received 100% “exceeds expectations and outstanding consultant” status

Global Director, Supplier Enablement, Ariba Inc., 2004-2005: Directed operations of supplier enablement catalog
solutions within the Ariba e-procurement solution and the Ariba Supplier Network. Lead and managed 3 regional teams
within Americas, Europe, and Asia. Main objective was to work across suppliers, functions, organizations and worldwide
geographies to develop supplier enablement and catalog procurement solutions that align with internal company goals and
client demand. Also created the sales strategy, delivered comprehensive presentations, and wrote sales proposals for
supplier enablement services and solutions.

Co-Founder & Global Director, Supplier Enablement, Alliente Inc., 2000-2004 (Acquired by Ariba, Inc. 2004): One of
the founding employees within Hewlett Packard to create a new company spin-off, Alliente Inc., a business process
outsourcing company for procurement solutions and services. Designed and developed the vision, business model, solutions,
process, and overall operations for Supplier and Catalog Enablement Business Unit. Hired and managed a global, cross-
functional team towards enablement of strategic supplier e-procurement integration for large, enterprise clients. In addition to
supplier enablement, contributed to overall company growth by developing and implementing strategies for overall
procurement business process outsourcing, strategic sourcing, and supplier advocacy programs.

E-Procurement Program Manager, Hewlett Packard Company, 1998-2000: Designed, developed, and implemented e-
commerce order management solutions. Developed strategic plan aimed at enhancing Hewlett Packard competitive
advantage through emerging e-business technologies, streamlining procurement process, and maximizing e-procurement
value-proposition to procurement customers and suppliers.

Procurement Specialist, Hewlett Packard Company, 1996-1998: Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and developing
contracts for strategic suppliers. Managed projects to continuously measure and assess the performance of strategic supplier
partners through standard TQM methodology. Objective was to ensure acceptable supplier progress on targeted
improvements and to stay abreast of industry developments affecting suppliers and their ability to support procurement
needs.
