                  managing deadlines)
              Involved in implementation of the new sales efficiency enhancement measurement tool

       first year the store’s turnover in this segment rose by 20%.


1997-1998                Holywood Video, Manchester

       Junior Sales Assistant. A part time job with significant customer exposure. The scope of
       responsibilities included serving customers behind the counter as well as active advisory in the store’s
       premises. The active advisory contributed to the significant increase in customer satisfaction, as
       revealed by the periodic survey.
