On behalf of the charities, Gwinnett Community Clinic and Gwinnett Young
Life, we would like to invite you to become a sponsor of “Run The Reagan.”
The Run The Reagan event offers four races:             ½ Marathon, 10K, 5K
and 1 Mile Fun Run, a race for all levels of runners and walkers. This event
is an excellent opportunity for two of Gwinnett County’s well established
charitable organizations to receive the net proceeds as an annual fundraiser.
Each of these organizations is doing great work in Gwinnett County and in
order to continue that effort, they need ongoing funding and support from the
public. Your sponsorship donation will go directly to either The Gwinnett
Community Clinic or Young Life, both of which are 501-3C charities, or to
one with
instructions to be shared fifty/fifty with the other.

2013 will be the 18th running of this event. In 2012, we had 3,000
runners, with the support of over 250 volunteers. Again this year, we have
the support of Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners, Gwinnett County
Department of Transportation, and City of Snellville to close the Reagan
Parkway on Saturday, February 16th. There is also a sponsor display and
Family Festival area before and after the races with food and games for all to

Run The Reagan will be promoted in the Gwinnett County Convention and
Visitors’ Bureau, Academy Sports in three ads with circulation over 200,000
each, and the Gwinnett Daily Post with over $40,000 worth of advertising for
the race and its Sponsors. If you sign up now, your company name and logo
will be included in all race promotional material as well as on all 20,000
race entry forms, over 300 posters placed throughout Gwinnett County and on
our website at RunTheReagan.net.

We request your financial support of these charities. Run The Reagan has
grown in size so that the race pays for itself. Proceeds are then spit 50/50 by
the two charities. The attached packet describes the five levels of sponsorship
ranging from TITLE SPONSOR to Food and Family Festival Sponsor. Please
complete the sponsorship form and mail as soon as possible to ensure your
company will be recognized on all pre-race materials (see sponsorship form
for details). Send your check made out to the 501-3C charity of your choice.

In addition to your sponsorship, we encourage you to have fun on race day by
making this a company outing! We ask for your support to help have a
positive impact in Gwinnett County where you live and work. We will give
your company all that’s outlined in the sponsorship packet and more! If you
