Vice President, Project Manager (Global Markets Research Technology and Operations) 2008 - Present
Commercial and Institutional Banking Portal: Managed a project to consolidate multiple legacy applications and entitlement
services onto a new technology platform for BAML’s commercial and institutional trading and research portal (“Mercury”).
Identity and Access Management: Led a project to reduce risk of unauthorized access to bank applications and data. Managed a
team of 5 BA/PM’s who on-boarded over 1,000 bank applications to an internal “app-store” with controlled access protocols.
Cross Company Access Request: Managed a team of 12 BA’s on a project to permit data sharing between Bank of America and
the newly acquired Merrill Lynch before their legal entities were consolidated and the two legacy data networks were integrated.
Merrill Lynch Integration: Managed several projects on the integration of Merrill Lynch into Bank of America, including the
consolidation of the mortgage and public finance trading desks - and their respective technology systems.
Business Manager for RMBS Desks: Served as business manager for all RMBS trading desks prior to the integration of Merrill
Lynch into Bank of America. Responsibilities included all non-trading activities essential to the operation of the desk.
Vice President, Project Manager (Commercial Real Estate Finance and Capital Markets divisions) 2007- 2008
Bank of America / Countrywide Integration: Managed several projects on the integration of Countrywide's Capital Markets
and Secondary Marketing divisions into Bank of America. Utilized Six Sigma and PMP project methodologies as a framework.
Conduit / Held for Sale (HFS): Served as a project manager on the integration of Countrywide’s commercial real estate CMBS
(conduit) lending group into Countrywide’s own OTS chartered bank (as an attempted remedy to the 2007 liquidity crisis).
Portfolio / Held for Investment (HFI): Served as project manager on a team developing several new commercial real estate loan
products for Countrywide's small balance ($500K-$10M) multi-family real estate portfolio lending program.
