Departure:             Friday, February 19th at 4:30 p.m. Wal-Mart Parking Lot (On Rye Canyon and Newhall
                       Ranch Rd.)
Return:                Sunday, February 21st at 11:00 a.m. Wal-Mart Parking Lot (Scouts will call home 30
                       minutes prior to arrival.)

Accommodations:        Masonic Lodge. Everyone is on the floor. There will be one big sleeping area for everyone, and one
                       smaller separate sleeping area for women.

Menu
Friday Dinner:         We will stop somewhere for dinner. Scouts should bring $5.00-$10:00.
Saturday Breakfast:    Pancakes, Sausage, fruit
Saturday Lunch:        We will be making sandwiches, and bring snacks and water to the slope.
Saturday Dinner:       Pizza (Popcorn and a movie in the evening)
Sunday Breakfast:      Cereal, bagels

Forms:                 The following forms and payment need to be submitted to Dave Peterson no later than
                       the 2/8 troop meeting:
                       Permission Slip
                       Class 1 (or, if using the new med. form, A and C.)
                       Big Bear Mountain Resorts Rental Info Sheet
                       Troop-Big Bear Snow Board Trip Package Selection Form
                       Big Bear Mountain Resort-Group Ticket and Lesson Waiver Agreement

Money/Cost:            See attached Ski Package Selection Form. Choose the package you want. Payment MUST be turned with
                       your paperwork, to Dave Peterson, no later than the 2/8 troop meeting. Checks should be made to Dave
                       Peterson. Please staple your check/money to the forms.
                       Your check should include the cost of your ski package, PLUS $35.00 for food, gas, and lodging.

Orange card:           Scout should bring orange card for travel.

Transportation:        Carpooling will be mandatory. All drivers will probably have a full car load. Dave will bring his truck for
                       gear.

                       All drivers must e-mail Dave with the number of passengers they can hold. You will also need to provide
                       the following information for the tour permit:

                       # of Seatbelts
                       Owner’s Name
                       Driver’s License #
                       Insurance $ Amount
                                $ Each Person
                                $ Each Accident
                                $ Property Damage

ALL FORMS, MONEY, AND INSURANCE INFORMATION MUST BE TURNED INTO DAVE
PETERSON AT THE MONDAY, FEBRUARY 8TH TROOP MEETING.
