By means of this letter, we express IFAD interest in the success of the Team in the Learning Route, for
this will encourage the team to:
 Participate fully from the Learning Route between the 22 and 31 of October 2012, during all
    activities in classroom and in the field.
 Spend at least 12 working hours before the Learning Route. In order to read the Basic Text and
    answer as a team the Experience Questionnaire. Indispensable tasks for participating in the
    Learning Route.
 After the Learning Route, the team will spend at least 12 working hours in
     1) Organizing an event with the partner organizations, institutions and companies to disseminate
         the lessons learned during the Learning Route that can benefit the partnership performance
     2) Review and discuss the PPP Improvement Program designed during the Learning Route with
         the relevant partners. A new            PPP Improvement Program should be submitted to the
         organizers before November 21.
     3) In case of not anticipated withdrawal, the endorsed team will assume the fees resulted from
         the loss of transportation tickets and hotel reservations issued on behalf of participants
         names.
