Once you have confirmed the availability of your preferred dates with us, all you need to do is complete this booking form and return it,
electronically or by post, together with your deposit. Our electronic and postal addresses are at the foot of the form and details of how you can
pay your deposit are in Section 5.

Section 4: Your catering preferences We serve filling, healthy 3-course evening meals (5 nights on 7-night trips) along with a
"set you up for the day" breakfast every morning. For 3 and 4-night trips, evening meals are usually
available on 3 nights. If you prefer to self-cater we have a fully equipped guests' kitchen.

Section 5: Paying your deposit * For trips booked more than 3 months in advance we ask for a deposit of 50% of the trip price (minimum £300) to secure
your booking. The balance of the price of the holiday is payable 3 months before the commencement of the trip.
For holidays booked less than 3 months before the date of travel, the full balance is payable at the time of booking.
By UK cheque: You can pay by cheque in GBP. Please make your cheque payable to Chris Balfour
and pay it into any branch of LloydsTSB, crediting sort code 30-12-15, A/c 03834858
By Internet Banking If you wish to pay in GBP via a UK Internet Banking facility, or by electronic transfer, then

By credit card: We accept credit card payments via the PayPal system. A 4% PayPal handling fee is applied to payments
made via this method. If you would like to pay via PayPal, then drop us a line and we will arrange for an electronic

Section 6: Insurance / Terms & Conditions
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that you enjoy a safe holiday with PyrActif, it is important that every rider arranges holiday insurance cover
(including provision for cycling) before they travel. Details of each riders' insurance policy and next-of-kin / emergency contact may be required upon

document 'Bike Hire Terms & Conditions' which will be supplied separately in the event that you have opted to hire a bike/bikes from PyrActif.
We ask that your Group Leader sign to acknowledge their agreement to these terms on behalf of the group.
