      GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1.    The completed Application Form should reach:

                         on or before 11-02-2004 by 5.00 p.m.
     The candidates shall ensure that the completed application form with all particulars
and enclosures reached the Selection Committee within the date and time specified.
     The Selection Committee shall not be responsible for delayed receipt or for loss in
transit or on any other ground.
     Non-Service Candidates should send their applications directly to the Secretary,
Selection Committee to the above address.
      Service Candidates should forward their application only through proper channel with
the remarks of the forwarding authorities in the format prescribed in the application form.
      Advance copy from service candidates will not be accepted.
2.    The candidates shall fill the Application form carefully and legibly.
3.    Cutting, overwriting and erasing in the Application form and in the Scrutiny form should be
      avoided.
4.    Request for change of speciality shall not be entertained after allotment.
5.    Candidates selected for admission should give a declaration in the form given at the time of
      counselling that he / she should be ready to forego selection / admission if suppression of
      facts are found at any time during or after the admission of the course and the selection /
      admission shall be liable for cancellation based on the declaration at any time during or after
      the completion of the course.
6.    Incomplete, insufficient particulars or without enclosures and applications received after the
      last date mentioned will be summarily rejected.
7.    Candidates are instructed to read the Annexures at the end of the Prospectus regarding the
      Courses and Colleges available.
8.    Rule of reservation is applicable when there are eight seats and more in each
      discipline.
9.    Unauthorised absence of candidates for one month and more after joining the course will be
      treated as discontinued and the vacancy will be filled up by the Selection Committee
      depending on the availability of the time before the cut off date.
10.   The candidates who are selected at the time of counselling shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-
      (Rupees Five Thousand Only) by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the
      Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai – 10 payable at Chennai at the time
      of receipt of the allotment orders. After the receipt of the joining report from the Deans
      of the respective colleges this amount will be transmitted to the Colleges concerned to

     be adjusted with the Tuition Fees to be paid by the candidate. If the candidate fails to
     join the course after getting allotment order within the stipulated time he / she will
     forfeit this amount.
11 a. The candidates including the candidates selected under the All India Quota who discontinue
      the course before the cut off date of admission fixed by the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical
      University for academic year 2004 shall pay to the Dean of the respective colleges the sum as
      specified below by way of Demand Draft taken in favour of the Secretary, Selection
      Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai –10 payable at Chennai.
          For P.G. Diploma Courses                                        Rs.20,000/-
          For P.G. Degree / Five Year M.Ch. (Neuro-Surgery) Courses       Rs.30,000/-
          For MDS Course                                                  Rs.30,000/-
  b. The Candidates who discontinue the course after the cut off date of admission fixed by the
      Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University for the academic year 2004 shall pay to the Dean
      of the respective Colleges the sum as specified below by way of Demand Draft taken in
      favour of the Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai-10 payable at Chennai. The
      Candidates selected under All India Quota shall also pay the stipulated amount in case they
      discontinue the course after joining.

12. The Post Graduate Degree / Diploma Course admissions for 2004-2005 will close on the
      cut off date of admission (i.e. on 31-05-2004) prescribed by Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR
      Medical University for the academic year 2004-2005.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR P.G. DEGREE / DIPLOMA / FIVE YEAR M.Ch.,
(NEURO SURGERY) / MDS COURSES:
13. Citizenship and Nativity
      a. The candidate should be a citizen of India and have undergone MBBS / BDS courses
          in the State of Tamil Nadu.
      b. Others shall furnish nativity certificate of Tamil Nadu origin issued by the
          competent authority in the format annexed to the application form.
14. Candidates who have passed their MBBS / BDS Examinations and completed /
      completing the CRRI period on the date of Entrance Examinations are eligible to write
      the Entrance Examinations. However the candidates should posses the permanent
      Medical / Dental Council Registration Certificates of the States or of India at the time
      of counselling for allotment of seats.
15. The candidates should possess M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. Degree of Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical
      University or of any other University recognised as equivalent to Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R.
      Medical University and recognised by the Medical / Dental Council of India. Candidates who
      have qualified from other Universities should produce Eligibility Certificate from Tamil
      Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University at the time of counselling failing which they will not be
      considered for selection.
16. (a) Diploma qualification is not necessary to apply for Post Graduate Degree courses.
    (b) Duration of Post Graduate Degree Courses for the Diploma Candidates who have
          undergone two year courses shall be Two Years in the same speciality and Three years in
          other specialities.

   (c)   For MBBS candidates and Diploma Candidates who have undergone one year course, the
         duration of Post Graduate Degree Course is three years.
   (d) The duration of all Diploma Courses is Two Years.
   (e) For MBBS Candidates who opt for M.Ch (Neuro-Surgery), the duration of the course is
         Five Years.
   (f) For MDS candidates the duration of Post Graduate course is three years.
17. Candidates who have completed or will be completing CRRI on or before the date of
     Entrance Examination are alone eligible to apply for P.G. Degree / Diploma / Five Year
     M.Ch. (Neuro-Surgery) and MDS Courses. Those candidates who are undergoing CRRI and
     will be completing their CRRI on or before the Entrance Examination should enclose the
     certificate from Head of the Institutions in which they are undergoing the CRRI, that they
     will be completing the CRRI on or before the date of Entrance Examination, failing which
     their applications will be rejected.
18. a. The Medical Officers or Health Officers employed in Public Health Department are
         eligible to apply for Diploma in Public Health course only.
     b. Medical Officers of the Corporation services are eligible to apply for Diploma in Public
         Health Course.
     c. Service candidates are eligible for applying for Diploma courses where acquiring
         Diploma is a prerequisite for their promotion in Government Service.
19. a. The candidates who have joined Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / 5 Years Neuro
         Surgery / MDS Courses in any discipline and discontinued the courses on any grounds
         and if the discontinuance has resulted in a seat being wasted, they are eligible to apply
         only after a period of 2 years from the date of discontinuance of the course.
     b. If the candidates discontinuance does not result in a seat being wasted, he can apply
         for the next selection for which he / she is eligible.
20. Candidates who are undergoing a Postgraduate Degree in any discipline are not eligible
     to apply for any Postgraduate Diploma / Degree course / Five Year M.Ch. (Neuro-Surgery)
     Courses.
21. Candidates who possess a Postgraduate Degree or Diploma are eligible to apply for
     admission to Post Graduate Diploma Course.
     a. If they are private candidates, they shall pay tuition fees and they will not be eligible
         for stipend.
     b. If they are service candidates, they are eligible to apply. They shall pay the tuition fees
         and they will not be eligible to receive stipend or salary. These service candidates will
         not be considered as service candidates but as Open Category Candidates. However
         they will be granted leave for which they are eligible.
22. The Medical Officers / Health Officers employed in the Public Health Department or
     Corporation Service are eligible to apply for Diploma in Public Health irrespective of
     any Post Graduate Diploma or Degree already acquired. Out of the 4 seats in the DPH
     Course in Madras Medical College, 3 seats are reserved for Health Officers in Tamil
     Nadu Public Health Services and one seat is reserved for Medical Officer of
     Corporation Services. They are exempted from writing the Entrance Examination for
     Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / MDS Courses for 2004-2005.
23. Those Service candidates who have put in less than Three Years of satisfactory
     continuous service as on 01.02.2004 either in Tamil Nadu Medical Service or in Local
     Bodies and Organisations mentioned in the prospectus are not eligible to apply for P G
     Degree / Diploma / Five Year M.Ch. (Neuro-Surgery) Courses.

Counselling for P.G. Degree / Diploma / Five Year M.Ch. (Neuro-Surgery) / M.D.S Courses.
24. (a) Admission to P.G. Degree/ Diploma/ Five Year M.Ch. (Neuro-Surgery) / M.D.S.
        courses shall be made by counselling on the basis of merit applying the rule of
        reservation wherever applicable. In case of odd number of seats remaining vacant,
        that seat will be filled up based on merit only among Service and Non-Service
        candidates put together.
      (b) Candidates will be called for counselling according to their rank in batches.
      (c) Candidates can choose anyone of the disciplines or colleges available at the time of
          counselling or in the alternative can opt to remain in the waiting list for any particular
          discipline.
       Candidates can remain Wait List only for courses and not for colleges. If a candidate chooses
       to be in the waiting list for a particular Speciality he / she will not be given firm seat in any
       other discipline.
       A Candidate who is allotted a Course cannot remain in Wait List for any other discipline.

       Option once given during the counselling cannot be changed at any point of time.
       Candidates who are absent at the time of counselling will not be considered further.
25.    Candidates who are absent at the time of counselling without a valid reason for absence will
       not be considered for admission. However the Selection Committee reserves the right to
       permit the candidate to attend the counselling later, if a valid reason for absence is
       communicated to the Selection Committee before the commencement of the counselling. The
       candidate should accept the course and college offered at the time of counselling when he /
       she actually attends.

       Candidates securing less than 50% of total marks in Other Communities and 40% of total
       marks, in the reserved communities will not be considered for Counselling. Government has
       the right to reduce the minimum eligibility marks for service candidates to fill up unfilled
       service vacancies in the general interest of the public.



ENTRANCE EXAMINATION:
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS:
26 a. Candidates seeking admission should write the Tamil Nadu P.G. Entrance Examination
      conducted by the Selection Committee.
 b. Service Candidates seeking admission only to Non-Clinical courses are exempted from
    writing the Entrance Examination.

      The allotment for service candidates will be done only after allotment to candidates who
      have written the Entrance Examination.


27.   The Entrance Examination will be of undergraduate level covering all subjects taught and
      will contain 250 objective type questions with four responses (A B C D) (English medium).

28.   Each question will carry 1 (one) Mark. Incorrect response will have a negative marking. For
      an incorrect response 0.25 Marks will be deducted. Zero marks will be given for questions
      not answered. More than one answer indicated or an illegible responses will be negatively
      marked. The Maximum marks will be computed to 90.
29.   There will be no RECHECKING / REVALUATION / RETOTALLING of answer sheets.
30.   No candidate will be allowed to take back the Booklets and request for provision of Xerox
      copies of the question booklet and answer sheet will not be entertained.
CONDUCT OF EXAMINATIONS:
31.   The Entrance Examination will be conducted only at Chennai at the specified Center as
      scheduled below between 10.00 A.M to 1.30. P.M.
      a) MDS Courses (Saturday)                       :       28.2.2004

32.   Hall Tickets will be sent only to eligible candidates. Admission to the Entrance Examination
      does not confer on the candidate the right of admission to any course if found to be not
      eligible later.
33.   Candidates who do not receive the Hall Ticket in time may contact the Controller of
      Examinations in the Selection Committee Office, two days prior to the commencement of the
      Entrance Examination and have the clarification by producing the Acknowledgement card.
34.   Candidates admitted for the Entrance Examination will have to come to the Examination
      Center at their own expense and make their own arrangement for stay.
35.   Candidates with valid Hall Tickets only will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall.
36.   Candidates coming thirty minutes after the commencement of the Examination and / or also
      not possessing the Hall Ticket issued by the Controller of Examinations will not be permitted
      to appear for the Examination.
37.   No candidate shall be allowed to carry any text material printed or written, bits of
      paper, electronic and telecommunication devices like pagers, cellular phones or
      electronic diary etc., in side the Hall.
38.   No candidates shall be allowed to leave the hall before the end of half an hour. Once a
      candidate leaves the hall he/she will not be permitted to enter the hall again.
39.   Candidate shall maintain strict silence. Any misconduct will result in the forfeit of the right
      to continue the Examination. His / Her answer sheet will not be considered for valuation.
      Further he / she will not be allowed to apply for the P.G. Courses for Two Years.
40.   Answers should be shaded with a 2B pencil or with a Ball Point Pen in the OMR sheet
      as per the instructions given in the OMR sheet and if it is shaded with any other item
      the answer sheets will not be considered for valuation without any intimation to the
      candidate.
DECLARATION OF RESULTS:
41.   The individual total Exam Marks will be intimated to the candidate by post.

42.   The Secretary, Selection Committee will draw a merit list, computing the   marks obtained in
      the Entrance Examination and Service Marks and publish the same at         the Office of the
      Selection Committee and on the Website.
43.   The candidates will be called for counselling as per their merit           when, they can
      exercise their option for only one course as per their eligibility norms   mentioned in the
      Prospectus.
MERIT LIST:
44.   The Merit List will be drawn by computing the Entrance Examination Mark and the
      service mark which will be the aggregate marks (Maximum 100 (90+10)).
45.   One mark for each completed Year after the completion of CRRI shall be awarded as service
      mark for both service / non service candidates to maximum of Ten as on 01-02-2004. (E.g. If
      a candidate scores 50 Marks in Entrance Examination and completed Two Years after CRRI
      his total Aggregate Marks will be 50+2=52).
46.   Determination of Interse Merit ( Rank ) of candidates where more than one candidate
      has secured the same marks. The rank of the candidates will be based on the criteria
      offered in the order given below:-
      (a)     Marks obtained in the Entrance Examination.
      (b)     Total marks obtained in Final MBBS Part II / Final BDS.
      (c)     Least Number of appearances in the qualifying Final MBBS Part-II / Final BDS.
      (d)     Candidates elder in age will get preference over younger candidates.
PROCEDURE FOR FILLING THE APPLICATION:
47.   Candidate should send the application in the prescribed form only. Candidates shall fill in
      the application in his / her own handwriting.
48.   Service candidates should send their applications through the proper channel with the
      forwarding authority’s remarks with the service particulars carefully filled up by the
      forwarding authority as prescribed in the application form. Applications of Service
      Candidates who have completed three years of satisfactory service alone shall be forwarded.
      The Heads of Departments shall issue a certificate of satisfactory completion of the required
      service.
49.   Advance copy of application from service candidates will not be considered.
50.   Postal Stamp, to the value of Rs. 50 /- (Rupees Fifty only) each in the two covers provided
      shall be affixed.
51.   Candidates must enclose only Xerox copies of documents duly attested by a gazetted officer
      in the order as indicated below:
      (a) MBBS / Diploma / BDS course completion certificate from the college where the
            candidate has undergone the course.
      (b) MBBS / Diploma / BDS Degree certificate or provisional pass certificate from the
            concerned University.
      (c) CRRI Training certificate from the Dean / Head of the Institution (New Regulation for
            BDS).
      (d) Final BDS / Diploma / Final MBBS Part II Mark sheets.
      (e) Permanent Medical / Dental Registration certificate issued by the Dental / Medical
            Council of India / State.

                                            9
      (f)   Community certificate from the competent authority indicating the social status of
            Candidates belonging to BC / MBC / Denotified / SC. The ST candidates should
            produce community certificate issued by Revenue Divisional Officer.
      (g) Attempt certificates in Final MBBS-Part II / Final BDS.
      (h) Eligibility certificate from Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University for
            candidates who have qualified from other Universities. This can be produced at the
            time of counselling when called for.
52. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to give correct mailing address on the
      Acknowledgement card and the two self-addressed envelopes. (Postal Stamp to the value of
      Rs. 50 /- (Rupees Fifty only) affixed on both covers. If there is any change of address it
      should be immediately intimated to the Selection Committee.
53. The Selection Committee shall not be held responsible for any loss in transit or for
      incorrect address given by the candidate.
54. a Application forms can be had from the Deans of the Government Medical Colleges on
      payment of Demand Draft for Rs.1,000/- which is non re-fundable, drawn in favour of the
      Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010, from any one of the
      Nationalised Banks payable at Chennai. As per G.O.MS.111 Adi Dravidar and Tribal
      Welfare Department dated 22-09-98, SC / ST candidates are exempted from payment of
      Demand Draft for Rs.1,000/-.
  b. If the applications are downloaded through the website the filledup applications will have to
      be accompanied by a Demand Draft for Rs.1,000/- as above (54a).
55. Filled up applications without the signature of the candidates will be rejected.
METHOD OF SELECTION AND ADMISSION:
56.   Out of the seats sanctioned for Post Graduate Diploma/Degree and in M.D.S. Courses, 25%
      of seats are reserved for allotment to All India Candidates. The Director General of Health
      Services, New Delhi will make allotments against these reserved seats on the basis of All
      India selection. If and when the above seats are surrendered those seats shall be filled up
      from the wait list candidates as per G.O. Ms.No.520 Health, dated: 06-07-94.
57. (a) The rule of reservation is applicable when there are Eight (8) seats and more in each
          Discipline. In case of odd number vacancies, that vacant seat shall be filled up by
          consideration of merit among both Service and Non-Service Candidates put
          together.
      (b) The rule of reservation shall be as follows:
                Open competition                 31%
                Backward Class                   30%
                Most Backward / Denotified 20%
                Scheduled Caste                  18%
                Scheduled Tribe                   1%
58 a. The Selection will be made based on Merit and by counselling applying the Rules of
        Reservation wherever applicable.
    b. 50% of seats in each college are reserved for service candidates, in addition to those
        service candidates selected in the open competition.
59. The Following categories of Medical Officers will be treated as Service Candidates for the
      purpose of allotment of seats.

       1.    Medical Officers selected by the TNPSC and appointed in Tamil Nadu Medical
             Services on regular basis, who have put in minimum of Three Years continuous service
             as on 01.02.2004.
       2. Medical Officers who are approved probationers and who have put in minimum of
             Three Years of continuous service as on 01.02.2004.
       3. Medical Officers serving in
         (a) Local Bodies in Tamil Nadu (Except Medical Officers working in Panchayat Union
               part time or full time as the case may be, are to be treated as Non-Service
               Candidates.)
         (b) Government of India Institutions in Tamil Nadu.
         (c) Public Sector Undertakings or Organisations under the control of Government of
               Tamil Nadu and Government of India in Tamil Nadu.
60.    The forwarding authority should certify that the institution in which the candidate is working
       is a Public Sector Undertaking or an Organisation under the control of Government of Tamil
       Nadu / Government of India in Tamil Nadu.
61     The candidates serving in Undertakings or Organisations of Government of Tamil
       Nadu or Government of India in Tamil Nadu should execute an undertaking and bond
       to serve the parent institution for a period of 15 years or upto superannuation, after the
       completion of the course, and to this effect they should produce a certificate from the
       Head of the Institution at the time of admission.
62.    Medical Officers or Health Officers in the Public Health Department who have been selected
       by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission for working under the control of Director of
       Public Health and Preventive Medicine and who apply for Diploma in Public Health (DPH)
       can be considered as service candidate even if they have not completed Three Years of
       service as the above qualification namely Diploma in Public Health is essential for
       declaration of probation. However to consider under the Service quota for M.D. (S.P.M.) the
       candidates must have completed Three Years of service as for the other Post Graduate
       Courses.
63.    All Service Candidates selected for MD (S.P.M.) / DPH Course should give a
       declaration that they will serve in the Medical Colleges for a period of Fifteen Years
       after the completion of the Course.
64.    Allotment will be made only for the seats approved by the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR
       Medical University for the Academic Year 2004-2005 session. Seats approved by the
       Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University for P.G. Diploma / Degree / Five Year M.Ch.
       (Neuro-Surgery) /M.D.S. courses for 2004–2005 session will be displayed at the time of
       Counselling.
SELECTION AND ADMISSION TO NON-CLINICAL COURSES:
65.      Allotment to Non-Clinical courses will be made in the following order of preference :-
      I.    Candidates who had written the Entrance Examination will be given allotment by
            Counselling based on merit.
      II. After filling up of all the waitlisted candidates and when seats are available those
            seats will be filled up from among the Service candidates as follows.
         (a) Service candidates who had applied and not written the Entrance Examination
              will be allotted according to marks secured in the final year Part-II MBBS in
              Medicine, Surgery and O & G. computed to a maximum of 90 mark and service

            mark of one for each completed year of service to a maximum of 10 marks as on
            01-02-2004.
      (b)   If seats are still vacant after allotting candidates who have applied , the vacant
            seats will be filled from among service candidates who have not applied in the
            following manner.
            i. The candidates should not have acquired any Post Graduate Degree.
            ii. The candidates who have worked in the Primary Health Centres and
                 Government Hospitals under the control of DM& RHS for not less than 10
                 years.
            iii. Candidates will be selected on CML Seniority basis.
            iv. Preference will be given for candidates who have worked for a period of at least
                 one year in the Department conducting the course for which admission is
                 requested.
Admission to P.G Diploma / Degree and MDS Courses in Self-Financing
Medical and Dental Institutions :-
66.   As per GO Ms No.469 / Health Dated: 18-9-96 and G.O Ms No.119 Health Dated: 26-03-97,
      50% of seats available in PG Degree / Diploma and MDS Courses in Self-Financing/Non-
      Government/Quasi-Government Colleges will be allotted by the Selection Committee from
      the merit list. The selected candidates will have to give their willingness to undergo the
      course under Payment Category in Self-Financing / Non-Government / Quasi Government
      Institutions. The allotment, number of seats and the fee structure of the Self-Financing /
      Non-Government / Quasi-Government Colleges will be intimated at the time of
      counselling.
FEES PAYABLE:
67.  TUTION FEES per annum in Government Colleges shall be as follows:- (As per G.O.(Ms)
     No.12, Health & Family Welfare (MCA 1) Department, dated 22-01-2004).
     PG Diploma                        Rs.20,000/-
     PG Degree                         Rs.30,000/-
     MDS                               Rs.30,000/-
     M.Ch., (Neuro 5 years)            Rs.30,000/-
     The above fees structure as applicable from 2004 admission onwards. The selected
candidates have to pay the balance of the tuition fees and other special fee etc., at the time of
admission in the respective Colleges.
STIPEND AND SECURITY AMOUNT:
68 (a)      The Government of Tamil Nadu is offering Medical Education including Post-Graduate
            and Higher Specialty Training through its 11 Medical Colleges / Hospitals and
            Specialised institutes. The Government spends a large amount of money to impart
            Medical Education including Post-Graduate / Higher Speciality Education. It levies
            nominal fees and at the same time provides a stipend to Private candidates and a stipend
            equal to salaries to Service candidates. It is natural that the Government desires to
            ensure that these seats are not wasted. Further, the Government looks forward to these
            Doctors who have undergone Post-Graduate training to serve the poor and the needy of
            this country at large and this State in particular. The public have the right to expect the
            Specialists to utilize the skills they acquired during their training for the benefit of the
            sick, the poor and the needy. To ensure that the services of trained Post Graduate
            Doctors are made available, an Under-taking is obtained from them at the time of their
            admission. It is sincerely, believed that this will discourage an attitude of not paying
            attention to those poor people at whose expense they have been educated.

      (b)   All candidates selected will be paid stipend as per the Government Orders in Force.

       (c) All Service Candidates of Tamil Nadu shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-
           (Rupees Five Lakh Only) for Diploma courses and Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten
           Lakhs Only) for Degree courses and MDS / 5 year M.Ch. Neuro-Surgery Courses as
           security amount. Two permanent Government servants in the same or higher rank than
           the candidate shall execute sureties.The prescribed form will be available in the
           colleges at the time of admission. The bond will become infructous if the service
           candidates serve the Government of Tamil Nadu after the completion of the Course
           for a period of 20 years or till superannuation.
      (d) Non-Service candidate of Tamil Nadu shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-
           (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) for the Diploma courses and 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three
           Lakhs Only) for the Degree courses / MDS and 5 year M.Ch. Neuro-Surgery Course as
           security amount. Two permanent Government servants shall be sureties. The
           prescribed form will be available in the Colleges at the time of admission. The bond
           will become infructuous if he/she serves the country(not necessarily in Government
           service) for a period of not less than 15 years after the completion of the Post-Graduate
           Courses.
      (e) The Bonds governed by clause (c) exemption under article of 57 schedule-I to the
           Indian Stamp Act / Central Act of 1879. Hence the bond executed need not be stamped.
      HEPATITIS-B VACCINATION:
69.   All the selected candidates should take Hepatitis B Vaccination and submit a Certificate from
      an authorised Medical Officer as proof thereof. Head of the Institution will verify before
      admitting the candidate. The Heads of Institutions should not admit any candidate without
      the Medical Certificate. The candidates should take further doses at the prescribed intervals
      as required and should produced the necessary certificate to obtain stipend.
70.    COMMUNICATION:
      a. All intimation for communication to the candidates will be sent only to the mailing
         address given by the candidate at the time of application. The Intimation / Call
         Letters will either be sent by Certificate of Posting, Registered Post, Speed Post,
         Courier Service or Telegram whichever is applicable. Selection Committee will not
         be held responsible for the Postal Delay and Wrong Messages Conveyed by the
         Postal Department.
      b. Candidates should inform the change of address, change of postings etc.,
         immediately to the Selection Committee. If the change of address is not intimiated
         to the Selection Committee in time, the Selection Committee is not responsible for
         delay in communication .
         The results will be published in the Web Site www.tnhealth.org as well as the
         Selection Committee Office notice board.
