					Clone / Vector / Library Data Submission - Please contact ABRC before sending any donations.
abrc@arabidopsis.org
Submit this form along with any maps electronically as an attachment to the
ABRC. Stock numbers will be assigned to your donations. For single clones
please provide 1 microgram of DNA and two permanent frozen stocks.
Required fields are marked with an asterisk *.



Step 1: Fill out the stock info form. The donor stock number you enter will
be used to reference your stock on other pages during the submission. Select
the "stock type" for each entry before importing the stock numbers into the
other forms.




Step 2: Fill out the clone info form. You may skip this step if you are not
submitting any clones. If the "Import Donor Stock Numbers" button does not
function properly, make sure you have filled out the stock info form fields:
"Donor Stock Number" and set "Stock Type" to 'clone' for each of the clones
you wish to submit.



Step 3: Fill out the library info form. You may skip this step if you are
ONLY submitting vectors. If the "Import Donor Stock Numbers" button does
not function properly, make sure you have filled out the stock info form fields:
"Donor Stock Number" and set "Stock Type" to 'library' for each of the libraries
you wish to submit.



Step 4: Fill out the vector info form. If the "Import Donor Stock Numbers"
button does not function properly, make sure you have filled out the stock info
form fields: "Donor Stock Number" and set "Stock Type" to 'vector' for each of
the vectors you wish to submit.




Step 5: Send data and stocks to abrc@arabidopsis.org
ontact ABRC before sending any donations.

         You may use this form to manually submit any number
         of stocks. However, the helpful formulas and drop-down
         lists in this form will stop after 150 entries.




         For all submissions, please fill in the required data on
         the Stock Info form. NOTE: Please fill in the Stock
         Info Form FIRST, before importing your stock
         numbers into the other forms.




         If associated libraries or vectors are not already found in
         TAIR, you will also need to fill out the Vector and Library
         Info forms. Please fill out the "Vector Name" and
         "Library Name" columns BEFORE importing the stock
         numbers into those forms.



         NOTE: Even if you are only submitting clones, you
         may still have to submit library information here. For
         a library submission, please fill out the Library and Stock
         Info Forms.




         NOTE: Even if you are only submitting clones or
         libraries, you may still have to submit vector
         information here. For a vector submission, please
         complete the Vector and Stock Info forms.
Note: Macros must be enabled for this form to work properly. To
allow the macros in this form to run, please change your macro
security level to medium (recommended) or low. From the Tools
menu, choose Macro, then Security. After you change the security
level to medium or low, you will have to restart Excel.
