3. G.O.Ms.No. 116, Finance (SMPC) Department, Dated: 28.4.2005.

O R D E R:
In the G.O. 2nd cited, it was ordered that for Continuation of Posts in the
Departments, the departments should send proposals to Finance Department and in turn
Finance (SMPC) Department will issue orders for Continuation and Discontinuation of
Posts based on the recommendations of Implementation Committee.
2. Accordingly, in the reference 3rd read above, the Implementation committee was
constituted under the Chairmanship of Principal Secretary to Government, Finance
Department, to review for further continuance of Permanent/Temporary/ Supernumerary
posts under Plan and Non-Plan to scrutinize each proposal with reference to propensity
of work and work force available and issue orders for continuation of the post in the each
Department.
3. As Per the above orders, the Implementation Committee had scrutinized the
proposals received from the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration,
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
4. Government after careful examination hereby order that the posts as indicated in
the statement appended to this G.O. shall be continued for a further period i.e. up to
28-02-2006 in respect of the O/o the Commissioner & Director of Municipal
Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
5. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad is requested to prepare a statement indicating the break up to the posts as
indicated in the Annexure to the G.O. relating to Head Quarters, Regional and District
Offices and send the same to the DTA/PAO concerned for allowing the bills under
intimation to Finance (SMPC) Department.
6. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts / Pay and Accounts Officer concerned
are requested not to honour bills unless the break up is furnished by the Commissioner
& Director of Municipal Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad indicating the post
under Head Quarters, Regional and District Offices.
