                                                                        ACTION PLAN FOR STUDENT PERFORMANCE


                                   Priority for Student Performance: Over the past several years, the demographics of students at Mableton Elementary have been changing. More
                                   students with various language backgrounds have been enrolling. This makes our goal for students to be proficient readers and writers more
                                   challenging. We are embracing the new ELA adoption, collaborating as grade level teams regularly and analyzing data to meet the needs of all
                                   learners.

Priority for School Performance: Over the past several years the demographics at Mableton Elementary School have changed. Our student body continues to become more diverse. Our families are also transient which can make parent
involvement a challenge. Using information from our parent surveys, we've made the following changes to communicate to parents and involve partners in education. We are working hard to build relationships with families and
community members to provide supports for our students' academic, social, and basic needs.
