Informa Business Information (IBI) joining our IBI Events division. Working within a busy team
delivering numerous awards and events in a number of sectors, as well as the leading Health
Insurance publication, we are looking for a Creative Designer to produce high quality, agency
standard material across these many products. We are looking for an individual who can constantly
push the boundaries of design and proactively seek to introduce innovative design concepts and new
art direction across our events & publications.
As a multi-disciplined creative, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the team and of the IBI
brand. You must be confident enough to bring fresh ideas to the table, but grounded enough to
understand our products, our clients and the communications solutions that work best for them.
We are looking for a candidate who really stands out from the crowd, so you must have:
Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
A knack for translating briefs into powerful designs that drive action
Strong influencing skills, able to develop strategic working relationships with sales,
marketing, product, editorial, publishing, and web development teams
The flexibility to develop innovative design solutions across a wide range of marketing
In order to succeed in this role, you need:
A design degree, or an equivalent relevant qualification
Expert users of Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in some form of animation software (e.g. Motion or Flash)
Proven experience working across multiple formats and markets
Pixel-perfect attention to detail
An ideas-led portfolio that demonstrates creativity and conceptual strength
