   Call to Order & Introductions by Stacy Ford

   Secretary’s Report by Terri Steinbach

    Terri was not at the November meeting and notes were not available to be reviewed at
    this meeting.
    November and January minutes will be available for review at the February 11th
    meeting.

   President’s Report by Stacy Ford

    Nothing new to add at this time

   Treasurer’s Report by Stacy Ford/Kathy not in attendance

    $6K in checking/$10K in MMA
    Still working on Partnership-need some money to do the Articles of Incorporation
        -need approval
        -cannot predate by can post date
        -could start as of 7/1/08 instead of in the middle of the year

   Principal’s Report by Dr Kim Presko

    Report cards went out last week
       Except Algebra students which went out Friday
    Working with the photo companies for next year
       Interstate Studios
       Wagner Studios
    Winter Sports Banquet was changed to February 12th instead of February 14th for
    Basketball players and Cheerleaders
    Spinal Screening will be on February 20 from 8-11am, need 3 volunteers to help
    Grade cards are comprised of 86% August-December classwork, 14% Finals

   Athletic Booster’s Report

    Nothing to report

   Fine Art’s Report by Joyce Callahan
    Band Concert was on December 18th
       Next concert is on March 18th
    Oakland Choir Concert was on January 8th
       Next concert is on February 26th at Jeff Jr
    Musical-“The Wiz” will be on March 14th & 15th

   Fundraising Report

    Still waiting on a total from Avon
    Do we want a Spring fundraiser-need to determine by next meeting

   Hospitality Report by Janet Rowland

    Need Volunteers
       2/7/08 Respectful Learner Awards-2 Volunteers
       2/8/08 All School Party-10 Volunteers
       2/20/08 Spinal Screening-3 Volunteers

   School Dance by Teri Kidwell

    May 16th-$5-7 per person to attend
    Need Volunteers
    Wagner Photography will be there, will have a DJ
    Need to do Decorations and Snacks
    Tell students to “Dress like they are going to a wedding, but not in it”


   Staff Appreciation by Brenda Mantooth

    Valentine Gifts will be going out
    Teachers and Staff say thanks for everything

   Communications by Dora Thackery

    Dance Plea and Volunteer Plea for Activities

   New Business

    School Board Office is wanting to do a 30min presentation for the money they are
    requesting-would like either February or March
        -decided on March, so as not to conflict with the February School Board Meeting
    taking place the same night as our meeting.
