Students are required to complete four assignments. Each assignment task must be
submitted if the module is to be passed. The student must gain a combined

produce 500 word reports showing how they have understood the module content and
applied it to their workplace. They are also required to reflect on their learning from
these experiences. The time management assignment requires students to maintain
an activity log so they can analyse how they are currently using their time. They then
have identify the implication of their time use for themselves, their colleagues and
their organisation before developing an action plan for improvement. This assignment
means that student have to demonstrate their understanding of the principles of time
management and apply them to the workplace. The personal development plan
requires students to analyse their current level of performance using 360 degree
