                        To be an integral part of a dynamic institution where my enthusiasm and hard work will lead to success not only

                           management and staff to the new brand at the Riverside Sun Hotel.
                          Was able to work in very high stressful conditions at Southern Sun O.R. Tambo International one of
                           Southern Sun’s busiest hotels with 366 rooms and average occupancies of 74%. Staff complement of +-80
                           in the Food and Beverage Department including Casual Staff.
                          Movement from Riverside Hotel to Southern Sun O.R. Tambo was part of an internal Development Program
                           to prepare me for other senior management positions within the group.

Reason for Leaving        Left the group due to a family matter that needed my attention for a stretched period. I had to take on a
                           less involving job to attend to the matter which was a family decision at the time.
