Group Project Worksheet
Turn in ONE worksheet for your group. Choose one record-keeper to be responsible for filling out the sheet and
turning it in, but everyone should keep a “working-copy”. This worksheet is available on the website. If you want to
fill it out on your computer (it is easier to do the charts on computer) just copy the document, and paste it into a
new document on your disk.
A. Contact Information
Name Phone E-mail Schedule (best times to meet)
B. Individual responsibilities. Please list here how you are going to divide up the presentation responsibilities i.e.,
exactly how each member is going to contribute to putting the presentation together (ex. Find graphics, make
poster, do Powerpoint, make a game, etc..). (Use the back of this paper). Also, during the presentation, you may
need to choose someone who will give an overall introduction to your topic, and who will do the interactice activity,
and you may need someone to give a general conclusion.
C. General Group Outline. Include a general outline of each person’s topic and what order you will go in.
D. Meeting Log. In order to put together a good presentation, you will need to meet several times throughout
the quarter. Please use this chart to keep track of how/when you meet together to work on your project.
Remember, choose ONE person to be the record-keeper. Each individual should keep track of their contributions
also, and the record-keeper will compile all the results into one log to turn in.
