Some of the associates have had experiences in the sector from a few years, they have matured therefore a notable experience and knowledge that surely it will contribute to the realization of the present project with which the Association aims to affirm him into national and international level through the cultural interchanges among the fond ones of the oriental culture. Since his birth the association has had aim to spread the oriental culture in its varied application through the organization of lessons and debates, even oriental painting, school of meditation, school of taichi (dance and martial arts) etc.. The structure is mainly managed by the partners. In the management of the activity the partners mainly occupy themselves both in the commercial part and in the management of the human resources. It is in the partners' intention to take place side by side in the administrative and bookkeeping part from personnel with proven experience, in this case you can develop some commercial duties. The quantity of land mentioned on the object of the present program of investment is situated in the commune of Raddusa (CT) C.da Gangitano, sn, registered in the Terrestrial Inventory into the sheet 7 particles 410-402-404-256-252-253. In this moment the ground is free any manufactured article and it is cultivated.. The ground is on ownership of the consorts Pellegrino Pilippo, born in Raddusa 8/11/1932 and LaRosa Giuseppa, born to Ramacca 11/02/1939. On the 5/08/2006 there has been made a rental lease, recorded to Caltagirone 08/08/2006 into the n. 1093 on the register of the lines of ground and have been granted leasing for twelve year of duration to the Cultural Association the” The Village of TEA” B - Synthesis of the proposed program The program of investment is fitted in a new plan typology and consists in the realization of a “zen garden ", with the intention to infuse serenity, peace and harmony and to prepare and to retrain a different thematic itinerary for the fruition of the resources of the territory regarding : nature, landscape and feng-shui architecture. IL LEGALE RAPPRESENTANTE IL TECNICO 4 We wish to draw and to be near to the technique and to the philosophy that are at the base of the creation of the Japanese gardens. We will try also to dea l with those that are the fundamental elements considered in the oriental plan. The Bases Elements : stone, plants and water are the three elements that are always present. - The equilibrium among these elements is very delicate and has different purposes . - to provoke in the observer the feeling that the garden is of great dimensions; it will be positioned therefore the small plants in the background and the great ones in the center; to produce a sense of peace and general harmony through some shrewdnes s that the skilled Japanese gardeners have with the time encoded: based on the observation to the world of nature. From the geometric point of view the symmetries and the equal numbers will be avoided, because they are elements we can remember all that i s artificial. The groups of rocks will be always composed from different elements and of odd number, alternating elements" masculine" (tall and angular) to female elements (low with the soft forms). Beside ample empty spaces same dense zones will be alter nated and apparently messy, to some geometric lines: natural elements contrasted by the irregular forms. - The coexistence of so many elements in contradiction it is really what makes a Zen garden a constant search and approach to the instinctive harmo ny of the nature. The concept of synthesis is the driven line, that is at the base of the minute positioning of all the elements. Synthesis in a small space, and the feelings that the nature instinctively provokes in an observer. It is not really necessary that all the feelings are sought, but it is also important that it is gathered exactly the relationship between all element and his environment. In the search of such relationships it plays a fundamental role either the relationship among the elements and the empty that surrounds it; that is recurrent icon on the whole Japanese art. As a conclusion : the Zen garden must be conceives as a place of contemplation and reflection on our relationship with nature through its verification: more is bea utiful and less we desire to intervene on it. The program of realization of the" Zen garden " to create in Raddusa in the district of Gangitano, consists of different environments: The pagoda. The pagoda further to be symbol of the oriental culture it is symbol on the path of the truth and it is also the signal that it points out the street of the heaven and contemporarily symbol of the immortality of the stylistic inspiration. This place will be the center of the activities (lessons of martial arts, multi-etnics meetings, popular appointments etc.. ). The wall of the truth. The practices of Zen meditation are few. In his essence, the Technique of Zen meditation , consists in watching a white wall or a plain color allowing to pass all our thoughts and not detaining none of them; or to observe a point distant to the horizon or a star in the sky or the sky without clouds. IL TECNICO - IL LEGALE RAPPRESENTANTE 5 - The lake. One of the "organic" structures of the Zen garden is the water. Water means life, without water cannot exist the human being . It is one of the natural elements more appreciated, but it is also an element that induces to the abandonment, to the contemplation and to the concentration. Around this little pond there will be some rocks, that form a point of peace in the middle of garden. A passing above the little pond will be a bridge that represents the passage of our life. The Gazebo-greenhouse. In this place different types of plants can be admired, among which a lot of tea drawn from the native plants" camellia Sine nsis" and of the" camellia Assamica." They are not simple plants, but they have medical and cosmetics qualities. Lessons for children will be given to learn the ways and the times of the harvest of their leaves and among the workmanships to which are submitted: vapors, pressing, boiling and smoking. Other plants that will come besides cultivated will be: the azalea, the rododender , corpus kausa, ferns, hosta. The gazebo constitutes the place of rest, it allows to relax oneself with the nature, away from the daily business. - Zone cultivations. In this zone different types of cultivations of the botanical variety can be observed even " camellia Sinensis" and " camellia Assamica." Among them the flowering of cherries in spring time with the other arborea l essences typical of the oriental gardens, will make always the green corored garden during the whole year. Other types of trees that will be cultivated there will be: pinus pentaphylla, taxus, different macro-bonsai, prunus mume cherry, Japanese bamboo, etc. The cultivated trees with great skill are not considered as objects of a transient contemplation or as a object for temporary distractions; they also represents, in the oriental culture, the alive and faithful interlocutors. The destinations of the places, the inside distribution and the external setup are underlined better in the graphics elaborate (projects). Presuppositions and motivations that are to the origin of the investment are of productive nature, commercial-tourist and economic-profit, in fact it address us to a virgin market. It is really in this that the initiative intends to sediment creating presuppositions for a driven development in the art and in the uses of the oriental products. This whole state of things has broadly been tested from the associated members, as a duty of the present program of investment that follows the new investment; it will exploit to full of IL LEGALE RAPPRESENTANTE IL TECNICO 6 the potentialities of the sector also thanks to the experience of some partners learned with the oriental populations with the purpose of better appreciating the environment and the people tha t populate the globe. The productive objectives and of profitability pursued by the association, having esteemed pre-emptive the future development of question for the products and the services in question of the business activity, they are held fit to reach a level of profitability proportioned productive employees to the factors.
