• 1998-2003: machine learning, data mining
• 2003-now: semantic web
  – Ph.D. Iowa State University, 2007.
     • Dissertation on distributed reasoning with description logics
       / modeling modular ontologies
     • Some work on semantic data integration
  – Joined TW@RPI in Feb 2008
     • Mainly worked on OWL 2 and semantic wikis since then
     • Some work on scalable reasoning

     Bloom Filters”

  – Speed up EL reasoning using modularization.
