1.1 This document provides the guideline for peer evaluation teams to prepare peer
evaluation reports

3 REQUIREMENT OF DESCRIPTIVE MENTION
3.1 The list as follows specifies, the clauses in ISO/IEC 17011 requiring a descriptive
(“positive”) mention in the report of a peer evaluation. The peer evaluation report
shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in this list and
relevant clauses of PAC MLA Policies and Procedures.
3.2 The PAC MLA Management Committee, who has been charged with the review of
peer evaluation reports, has attempted to establish an economical method of
reporting, without compromising their understanding of the accreditation body
under peer evaluation. The items identified in this list have been selected on the
basis of importance to the understanding of how the accreditation body addresses
the issues of impartiality, independence, competence and reliability.
