Plan a healthy meal for your family using the new guidelines of My Plate.
Include all the food groups in your meal: Protein, Vegetable, Fruit, Dairy, and Grains.
You may choose to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are sample menus available

You are in charge of planning, preparation, serving, and clean-up of the meal. Please have
your family comment on the areas of menu choice, kitchen and food safety in preparation,
meal service, and kitchen clean-up.
