As you were informed, the Board of Selectmen conducted a meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at 8 am. You were not present at the meeting. Section 3.C.10 of the Town Manager's Act states "The town manager shall attend all meetings of the board of selectmen and all town meetings and shall be permitted to speak when recognized by the moderator." Where were you and why did you fail to attend the meeting of the Board of Selectmen in violation of the Town Manager's Act?
