Dear Parents,
                                                      Parent Focus Group Meeting

Over the past year, we have introduced a termly Parent Focus Group Meeting. This is an opportunity for you to
come into school, hear a little about new developments in the educational world in relation to our two schools in
particular, and help us develop our school further by sharing your views with us.

This term, the meeting will be on Tuesday 13th March at 7.00 pm at Halsford Park School (it was held at
Baldwins Hill School last term). We are expecting the meeting to run for about an hour. Parents from both
Halsford Park and Baldwins Hill are welcome.

At this meeting we will be sharing two new developments with you; the development of Baldwins Hill School to
become one-form entry by 2014 and the way that all the East Grinstead Schools are working together and
looking to become a Community Interest Company. As you know our annual areas for development are listed
in our School Improvement Plan. I will also be able to bring you up-to-date on our progress in the areas we
have been focusing on. We will also look back at the suggestions made at the previous Parent Focus Group
Meeting and update you on our progress.
