TAKE ACTION by November 2, 2012

The EMRadiation Policy Institute has posted a petition on www.WhiteHouse.gov asking the Obama
Administration to enact biologically-based radiofrequency (RF) radiation safety limits by supporting and signing
“The Cellphone Right to Know Act” HR 6358 (http://tinyurl.com/8c25pju).

November 2, 2012 is the 30-day deadline to get 25,000 signatures in order for our petition to be reviewed by
the White House and to get an official response. Until our petition has 150 signatures, it will only be
available from the following URL and will not be publicly viewable on the Open Petitions section of We the
People: http://wh.gov/Kq5H

Signing this petition is a two-part process. You have to create a user account to sign the petition after which
you will be sent a verification email. The personal information required to create your account is less than
that to sign a paper copy. You are asked to supply your email address (must be unique to each person).
First and last name, city, state, and zip code are required. Click log out after you finish signing the petition.

Here are a few tips for you to help us promote this petition and get to 25,000 signatures:

Sample Email message:

Dear friends,

I want to let you know about a new petition I signed on We the People, a new feature on WhiteHouse.gov,
and ask for your support. Will you add your name to mine? If this petition gets 25,000 signatures by
November 2, 2012, the White House will review it and respond!

We the People allows anyone to create and sign petitions asking the Obama Administration to take action
on a range of issues. If a petition gets enough support, the Obama Administration will issue an official
response.

You can view and sign the petition here: http://wh.gov/Kq5H

Here's the complete text of The EMRadiation Policy Institute’s White House petition:

Enact biologically-based wireless radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure limits.
We believe the Obama Administration should support and sign “The Cellphone Right to Know Act” HR 6358
(http://tinyurl.com/8c25pju ).

FCC is failing to enforce its current radiofrequency (RF) radiation safety regulations. US health agencies
have found current FCC RF safety regulation deficient. They support development of biologically-based
population-protective safety limits. Federal experts at EPA, OSHA, NIOSH, NTIA and FDA
(http://tinyurl.com/bn73mmz and http://tinyurl.com/btfpae2 ), and the National Academies of Science
(http://tinyurl.com/9o23shz ) are clear that FCC safety limits DO NOT PROTECT the US population. See
