DELIVERY OF LOTS
The sale field is open for the delivery of goods on Monday 9am to 5pm preceding the sale and on the sale day
from 8am to 10am. A tractor and loader are available to assist unloading larger items, the unloading of items is
entirely at the risk of the vendor.
CONDITIONS OF SALE/CLIENTS MONEY
I agree to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions as displayed within the Market/Sales offices. The
Auctioneers act as Principal in all financial transactions. No monies are placed in a clients bank account, and the
RICS Clients Money Protection Scheme (CMPS) does not therefore apply.
COMMISSION
Commission will be charged according to the price achieved being: 10% up to £250, 7.5% from £251to £2500,
5% over £2500 per item plus VAT. The commission is inclusive of all organising and advertising costs. There is a
minimum commission of £1 per lot plus VAT whether sold or unsold and a minimum commission per vendor of £5
plus VAT. There are no entry fees and the auctioneers will charge a 10% buyers premium on all lots £2,000 and
under.
TITLE & HISTORY
You confirm that you have title to sell the items listed on this entry form and that you will keep Stags fully
indemnified against the consequences of any adverse claim to title. If any items have outstanding finance please
write details on this entry form.
If any machinery is not safe to use in any respect you undertake to disclose the defect to us in writing on this
entry form and to keep Stags fully indemnified against the consequences of any failure to do so. All lots continue
to be at the owners risk until the auctioneers have received and cleared payment for each lot. The owner
therefore remains responsible for insurance against loss, damage or destruction until that time.
