                                                            Contract
The Dover Officers’ Spouses’ Club is a non-profit, charitable organization promoting common good and general welfare, civic
betterment, social improvements and educational opportunities as a Type III private organization under AFI 34-233 in accordance
with IRS guidelines and federal, state, and local laws governing like civilian activities. The Dover Officers’ Spouses’ Club is not an
official organization of Dover AFB and does not conduct official Air Force business.

It is agreed and understood that the Vendor will indemnify the Officers’ Spouses’ Club and/or their assignees, and hold them harmless
from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liabilities, and expenses in connection with the Dover Officers’ Spouses’ Club
Craft Show. This includes loss of life, personal injury, and/or damage to property arising from or out of the occupancy or use by
Vendor, of the premises or any part thereof, or any part of the Delaware State Fairground’s property or occasioned wholly or in part
by any act or omission of Vendor, its Agents, Contractors, or Employees. If for any reason the show is cancelled, the Vendor will
receive a refund for their space. The $20/$25 application fee is nonrefundable. Once accepted to the show, there will be no refunds
for booth, electricity, or camping fees if the show is held. The Dover Officers’ Spouses’ Club of Dover Air Force Base reserves the
right to remove any Vendor for cause.

REQUIREMENTS: Vendors must provide their own tables (no longer than 10’ in length) and chairs. Booth spaces measure 10’ in
length and 10’ in width. Vendors are responsible for keeping their area neat, clean and hazard-free. No displays or products will be
allowed in aisles or walkways. Pets are not allowed inside premises. All booths must be manned by persons 18 years or older.
Vendors must provide insulated 3-pronged extension cords (with grounds) if electricity is provided. Flames are not allowed on
displays. No smoking will be permitted inside premises. Vendors are required to stay until 4:00 PM. Due to limited Vendor
parking, Vendors may only park vehicles needed for loading and unloading in vendor lot and may not move vehicles until after the
show. There will be no access to the vendor lot from 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. Parking for additional vehicles will be available in an adjacent
lot. Take-down and closure will begin after 4:00 p.m. and must be completed by 7:00 p.m. Vendors who BEGIN take-down
prior to 4 pm will not be accepted to next year’s show.


FRIDAY EVENING SET-UP: Check-In for Friday evening set up begins at 3:00 pm. Arrival and set-up time will be assigned to
each Vendor based on space location and is non-negotiable. Please plan to arrive at the Delaware State Fairgrounds approximately
20 – 30 minutes prior to your set up time. (Please do not arrive earlier than this time.) You will be required to tell the personnel at the
gate your booth number, vendor name, and set up time Friday evening set-up is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Although security guards will
be hired, neither the Delaware State Fairgrounds nor the Dover Officers’ Spouses’ Club will assume responsibility for your property.
Anyone who attempts to set-up prior to 3:00 p.m. will be charged a $100.00 fine. This must be paid before you will be allowed to
participate in the Craft Show. If you fail to comply, you will forfeit your right to participate, and your booth fee will not be refunded.

SATURDAY SET-UP TIME: 5:30 AM to 8:00 AM. Arrival and set-up time will be assigned to each Vendor based on space
location and is non-negotiable. Please plan to arrive at the Delaware State Fairgrounds approximately 20 – 30 minutes prior to your
set up time. (Please do not arrive earlier than this time.) You will be required to tell the personnel at the gate your booth number,
vendor name, and set up time. Help will be provided for unloading of vehicles during designated arrival time. Vendors who do not
arrive during designated arrival time must unload their own vehicle from the parking lot. Each Vendor will set up their space(s)
and display(s).


ENTRIES: All crafts offered for sale must be handmade, with a minimum of 50% of the craftsmanship being executed by the
Vendor selling the craft. Specifically excluded are any items derived from kit work, or wholesale or commercially purchased
products. We reserve the right to remove misrepresented merchandise.
