                Young Church Theme: “Prayer”                                                      Welcome, everybody! Young Church meets as normal today
Hymn 547, “What a friend we have in Jesus”                                                        leaving for their classes in the Scout Hall after the Grace. The
                                                                                                  Crèche is available as usual for any child aged 0-4years.

                                                                                                  The funeral of Mr. William Knapp of Leadhills Road and that of
Youngsters leave for Young Church (4yrs+) and Crèche (0-4yrs)
                                                                                                  Mrs. Elsie Webb of Maclean Drive will take place tomorrow at
Anthem                                                                                            Holmsford Bridge at 10am and 1pm respectively. Our sincere

Our Prayers – linking up with the Prayer Chain.                                                   Next Sunday, there is one service only at 11am in church –
                               led by Jenny Hall and Isobel Wilson                                Service of Thanksgiving for the Harvest. This year, our gifts
                                                                                                  will go to the Ayrshire (East) Foodbank, based in Darvel. All are

                                                                                                  sponge/rice), cereals, teabags, instant coffee, instant mash potato,
                                                                                                  rice; tins of tomatoes, baked beans, spaghetti, meat, fish, fruit.
Outing to “Joseph” - A coach has been booked and will leave for
the matinee show. (2pm) on 17th November from the church at                  Kilmarnock: Henderson Parish Church

There will be free time in Edinburgh prior to the show. Return to
Kilmarnock approx 6.00pm. Cost of bus is £12 pp. All who have
reserved tickets are asked to pay the balance of ticket and transport                30th September, 2012
by 14th October. A few tickets and seats are still left. If anyone
still wishes to go, speak to Audrey Gray as soon as possible.                   The 17th Sunday after Pentecost
A Leading Worship Course will be held in Crosshouse Parish
Church on 7 Sunday afternoons beginning 14th October, from
2.30pm - 4.30pm. There will be no cost for the course. Details
from the Minister.
