The Seneca Falls Town Board held a Special Meeting on Wednesday

							  SENECA FALLS TOWN BOARD             SPECIAL MEETING           MARCH 23, 2011

The Seneca Falls Town Board held a Special Meeting on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 in the Town Supervisor’s
Office, 81 W. Bayard Street, Seneca Falls.

Present were Supervisor Peter Same and Councilpersons Duane Moore and Susan Sauvageau. Also present was
Patrick Morrell, Attorney for the Town.

Supervisor Same called the Meeting to order at 6:37 P.M. Councilpersons Snyder and Casamassima were
absent from the Meeting.

At 6:38 P.M., a motion was made to go into Executive Session relative to personnel matters by Sue Sauvageau
and seconded by Duane Moore. No questions. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nayes.

A motion was made to reopen the Special Meeting at 9:17 P.M. by Sue Sauvageau and seconded by Duane
Moore. No questions. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nayes.

Being there was no further business, a motion was made to adjourn the Meeting by Duane Moore and seconded
by Sue Sauvageau. No questions. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nayes.

Meeting adjourned at 9:17 P.M.
