I have systemic Lupus but fortunately it is mild. Going on OPC-3 has put it in total
remission. What made me start taking OPC was when I was diagnosed with an extremely
painful disorder called Dystonia. I have the Spasmodic Torticulosis form of the disorder.
There are many forms. Dystonia had crippled me so severely that I had stopped working.
The upper right hand side of my body was twisting backwards and I had constant spasms
in my neck and upper back, I was too embarrassed to go outside the house. I was
receiving massive amounts of Botox injections every few months because I experienced
permanent damage to my spinal cord from the twisting and spasms. (Botox is botulism,
not good) My daughter begged me to try OPC-3.
It changed my life. Within 3 months the spasms had diminished. After a year on OPC the
spasms were gone. I started on OPC back in 2002. At one point I was taking 10-12 caps a
day to really clean out all the toxins. I had to slowly build up to that amount of OPC due to
the headaches. (Must drink a lot of water!)
I also had Typhoid as a child and the specialists have said that the typhoid settled in the
major body organs and the poison leaches out every time I’m tired, stressed, etc. so I deal
with that in my body suppressing the immune system. So between the typhoid and
botulism, major toxicity in my system. I have been able to drop back to 7-8 caps of OPC a
I always urge people to take ORAC along with OPC. I have had some other health
challenges pop up and I have had several specialists tell me to keep doing whatever I am
