This full service contract includes the following:
1) Onsite visit includes mock OSHA inspection, full inspection of facility just like an
OSHA inspector would do, including verbal report and follow-up written report telling
you all the good things about your clinic as well as areas of deficiencies. Then our OSHA
specialist sits down with you/your Safety Officer and helps outline plan of action to get
you completely OSHA compliant, showing you exactly what we need to do to eliminate
any deficiencies. Labels for those secondary containers included**!!!!
**(first set of personalized sheets of labels for 6 chemicals and 3 wall charts
included; additional sheets of labels and wall charts available at discount price)
Of course this is always personalized to include state specific OSHA requirements.
2) We also prepare a personalized OSHA Safety manual including all programs
OSHA requires. This includes updates as needed for a whole year!
3) Employee Training: Also included in this package is Employee training by our Dr.
Kendrick on the day we are there. Plus you also receive the Employee Training CD-ROM
for any future training needs.
*Note on Full Regulatory Services: although we usually discuss OSHA compliance
please know that DEA, EPA, and other regulatory assistance is also provided as needed
and requested by the clinic. If Dr. Kendrick sees a situation that needs to be addresses ,
for example with the controlled drug logs or venting of fumes and odors, she will bring
this to your attention and provide you the assistance to get this taken care of.
4) Safety Officer Training- we work with your Safety Officer/Office Manager to make
sure they understand all materials and never feel alone when it comes to OSHA for your
facility. We are available 24/7. We also leave with you the Safety Officer Training CD-
5) MSDS Service- I take the pain out of MSDSs for you and your staff by preparing and
assembling your Personalized Chemical Inventory List and MSDS library on CD-
ROM (binders format available for extra handling/materials fee- please see below).
Here’s how it works: You provide me with the inventory sheets of everything in the
clinic, and I take it from there - I obtain all of the MSDSs you need and prepare a CD-
ROM with them all on there in pdf file format (easy to read and print as needed). If you
also choose to have the MSDSs kept in printed format in binders, we can do that for you
also for an additional materials service fee of $379.
This price also includes One year of MSDS update service*- this means that your
clinic is added to my database and your inventory list is compared daily to MSDS
updates, and that means that if there is a new MSDS that comes out for a product in your
inventory then I immediately send it out to you. Also if you add a new product, simply
email me and I will add it to your data base and get the MSDS for the product to you.
(* Note: as a point of reference for continued services past the initial year our 2009 price
of annual update services is only $549 which includes the MSDS updates as well as
updated staff training)
6) OSHA Tidings subscription - monthly newsletter - the only veterinary specific
regulatory newsletter written by a veterinarian for our industry. *Free subscription
included with any orders. (*Email subscription only)
7) Availability for inspections. As your OSHA consultant I am available for you should
an inspector arrive at your facility. Remember you always have a right to be present for
any inspection and to have your designated agents, consultants, practice attorneys, etc
present with you for any inspection. 24/7 availability for you, your Safety Officer and
your employees. Dr. Kendrick is available for her contracted clinics for questions- she
loves to hear from you, loves questions, as they enable her to be a better teacher.
8) Safety Materials. Need eyewash station? Labels for secondary containers? A
green/earth friendly safe disinfectant product? Waste management solutions for sharps?
Spent radiological chemicals? We have the solutions that work for you! We have you
covered on safety materials, training products, secondary container labels, eyewash
stations, the latest in safer green friendly disinfectants, respirators, ear plugs and the most
sought after waste disposal green solutions. No more middle-man and no long-term
contracts plus good for the environment and safer for the employees!
9) Personalized OSHA Safety and Compliance Center folders set up as easy desktop
icon right there on your workstations/personal clinic computers for easy 24/7 access to all
materials for you and your team. The manual, the training, the MSDSs, all right there-
and don’t forget this includes 2 years free update services sent to you to add to your
Safety and Compliance Center on your computers!
Note: I bring your personalized manual and MSDS library CD ROMs all ready prepared
and ready to go- along with backups, and train your employees as well as you and or your
safety officer so you can feel completely comfortable and know you are 100% compliant.

may include flight, rental car, gas & hotel as needed. Please feel free to ask for travel
