  scholarships. New scholarships are added frequently so make sure to check this

Added August 23, 2012
December 7 2013 Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship Criteria: Must show
scholarship, leadership, and have financial needs. Applications are online at
www.elks.org/enf/scholars and a poster is on the bulletin board outside the counseling office. A
link to the tips for completing the application is located on a link below the link to the 2012-2013
scholarships. Application must be handed into Mrs. Reid in the high school guidance office by
3:30 on December 7, 2012.

ADDED SEPTEMBER 14, 2012

March 30        Charter Communications Student Scholarships Criteria: Majoring in
marketing, accounting, business, communications, computer technology, engineering, or a
related field and have a minimum of 3.0 G.P.A. Application is online at
www.chartermainstreetgld.com or you can see Mrs. Reid for a paper application.

ADDED OCTOBER 26, 2012

December 1, 2012 FRA Americanism Essay Contest Criteria: Write an essay of 350 words
or less on “What my vote will mean for me”. See www.fra.org/essay for details or Mrs. Reid for
an application.

June 14, 2013          Abbott and Fenner Scholarship     Criteria: Students will submit an
essay on the topic that appears on the scholarship page:

December 31, 2012 Templeton Press Scholarship                  Criteria: Open to any high school
senior intending to enroll at an institution of higher learning by Fall of 2013. Contest prizes
range from $1,000 to $5,000. Entry Information can be found at http://lawsoflifecontest.com/

March 1, 2013 Wisconsin Society for Clinical Laboratory Science Scholarship Fund
Criteria: Planning to enroll in a degree program in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory
Science/Medical Laboratory Science at one of the following institutions: Carroll University,
Marquette University, UW-LaCrosse, UW-Milwaukee, UW-Oshkosh, or UW-Stevens Point. E-
