          - Nothing to Report
      3.2 President                            Andrew Brown
          - I have been selling pub night tickets
          - I’m working on cross council training, which will be on October 7th
          - Got the keys for athletics, storage room as well
          - There will be 6 keys, and sign out sheets
          - Met with Don McCullah and Stan to go over club space and lounge space
      3.3 Vice President Finance               Chris Puckett

          - There will be Pubnight prep for tonight at 8
             - I’ve been talking to haris about vanier swag
             - I got the Invoices together
             - Going to meet up with Chris for the reqs

             - Did some req forms
             - Sold pub night tickets
      3.6    Director of Social/Cultural             Rob Krasny
             - Blood clinic is coming up next month
             - I printed the flyers for pub night
             - I Cleaned the office during my office hours
      3.7    Director of Promotions                  Haris Mahmood
             - I apologize for not getting some things done, I have been working full time
             - I’ve been putting up and printing flyers
             - I put the facebook group together
             - Rob and I have been discussing about doing a video for athletics
             - I’ve talked to rob about coffee house
             - I want to get people do a small video to promote the coffee house
      3.8    Director of Publications                Carly Silberberg
             - Nothing to report
             - Haris: did you send Kaily the forward of the people applying
             - Carly: no I have not
      3.9    Director of Clubs and Affiliates        Ann Le
             - I’ll be setting a day for where we can meet with athletics

             - I printed the office hour sign in sheet
             - Please fill it out because I’ll be looking over it
             - I think Andrew Choe and Michelle should have office hours
             - Don’t forget to Sign up for door duty for tonight

4.0 Old Business:
     4.1 Volunteer Committees
          - The meeting will be at Tuesday at 7
     4.2 Renovations Committee

      4.3 Pub Night
          - Haris: I will be leaving at 12:30-1ish
          - Rob: set up, speakers use elevator
          - Commuters will sleep in the office
          - If we need help setting up, ask people

5.0 New Business:
     5.1 Montreal Trip
         - Dates for Montreal? End of October or early November
         - Do a poll on facebook to see which date is better
         - Accommodating for other students
         - Frosh bosses get discounted possibly?
