The test will cover a wide range of topics including Native Americans, colonial America, French and
Indian War, the taxes and punishments levied by the King, and the Revolutionary War. The

A Review
The test covering this unit will consist of 4 different parts:
A. Section 1 – Matching – This section will hold you responsible for the academic vocabulary
you have studied.
B. Section 2 – True/False – This section will ask you to determine whether or not a statement
about the colonial period is true or false.
C. Section 3 – Multiple Choice – This section will ask you questions about the historical figures
(people), important events (dates/places), and important engines for change.
D. Section 4 – Document Based Questions – This section will give you a set of three
documents, or primary sources, and will ask you to analyze them and answer two questions
for each
Section 1 Review:
The matching portion of this test will test you on all of the vocabulary words from our first three
vocabulary lists. You will be expected to know the definitions of each word AND the context in
which the word is used in a historical sense.
