							Dear Roger F. Noriega,

I read your article “How Obama can make Cuba freer, faster”. It is amazing how far even a US-born Latino
has to go into sycophancy of US-interests hawkishness in order to demonstrate loyalty to the US. I am
not reproaching you; I’ve been there. I like to read position papers, the more WASP, white, corporate,
academic, dry, footnoted, Anglo, hawkish, elitist, Ivy and US, the better. It feels so good to work out my
Spanishness in that way. It is the least I can do for my mother who does not speak English but went to
such sacrifices to make sure I did.

But wanting to demonstrate your love for white, even hawkish Americans is not the same as fawning
over the regime that these Americans have allowed to be implemented in their own country, or the type
of regimes that would more conveniently suit their greedy interests abroad.

Fidel Castro’s was a dictatorship of famine and coercion, perhaps a brutal one (I have not lived there
so I don’t know for sure), and I am no fan of his brother. But I doubt that continued travel restrictions
will speed the road to freedom in Cuba, or in America for that matter.

The words that you apply to the Cuban regime would in fact most befit the present US regime. The US is
the chief sponsor of terrorism worldwide, I feel, and is already a Police state in all but name. When
“tyranny” becomes “freedom” in political speech, you know you have arrived in Orwell’s 1984. At one
point I was praying to God to get my green card so I could stay in the US. Now I thank God I am away
from the US, although soon nowhere in the world will be safe for those who dare to think freedom, unless
the sleeping lion of humanity rises up and, in obedience to God, decides to resist the tyrants and
removes the structures of control.

In general, to me the most urgent things if there is to be justice and freedom on planet Earth are:

 The end of banks’ lending non-existent money and of charging interest for it

 The end of the still standing US official policy of denying the ET presence on this planet. Other
governments seem to be slowly and very timidly breaking ranks with the US on this subject.

 The end of the vicious, sometimes murderous, suppression of free energy technologies, based
on “cold fusion” or extraction from the zero-point field. This inexhaustible cornucopia of
energy, the ultimate gift from God, should never be used for war, but regrettably it already has.
Judy Wood’s research establishes that free-energy advanced weapon systems of which the
public has until now had no knowledge caused the destruction of the Twin Towers on 9/11: “Al-
Qaeda” or Islamic extremists had very little to do with that horrendous tragedy.

My webpage has more background information about all these topics.

With my best regards, Saludos afectuosos,

                                           Conrado Salas Cano
