 A.       Recruitment

                availability and interests & Scheduling Interviews as per instruction given by
                Management.
             b. Joining & Relieving formalities: Complete the joining formalities i.e. Collect
                the required documents, creation of login id for attendance/outlook
                mail/Biometric system, introduce, design Reporting System & assign Mentor
                as per the respective department wise, Bank account opening, ID card
                coordination, sending details to the top management & Keeping record of
                employees on trainees or Probation level.
             c. Induction & Orientation: Plan, organize, and conduct induction Programmed
                for the new newcomer / new joinee.
             d. Issuing Joining circular - Welcome note on the day of the joining a
                newcomer/new joinee.
             e. A small power point presentation about the organization.
             f. To brief the new comer on the basic rules & regulations & to induct the new
                comer to Key members in the organization & Department Induction.
             g. Introduction with Vice President, a session on HR policies and systems &
                Facility Visit.

 C.    Compensation & Salary Administration
         a. Maintain the employee attendance in Time Management System & generate
            the attendance through attendance system for the salary process.
         b. Preparing Salary data for staff & salary, Salary advance & Overtime data for
            contractual workers.
         c. Maintenance of complete staff database, Monthly Attendance, Leaves,
            compensatory off. Of Employees.
         d. To co-ordinate with the finance & IT department for monthly payroll system,
            make necessary entries for new joinees, unpaid leave, salary advances,
            issuing salary slips etc.
         e. Designing Pay Grades for middle or junior levels.

 D.    HR, Personnel & Welfare Administration
          a. Day to day administration to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation.
          b. Maintain all HR files, Individual files, Registers as legal formalities and
             employee information in various forms like employee database, employee
             CV's, review history, preparing all HR letters and certificates etc.
          c. Management of Canteen, Civil, Medical care, Housekeeping & Security.

          e. Maintaining registers as per Factory Act.
          f. Liasioning with Government Depts.: Liaisioning with the labour department /
             Inspector of Factories / labour officer /GEB / GPCB / Talati and other statutory
             bodies.
          g. Processing Employee PF, PT & Employment Registration forms.
          h. Obtaining certification for factory plan approval, labour Contract license &
             renewal, factory license & renewal.
          i. Reimbursements (like telephone, mobile, LTA, Medical).
          j. Dealing with Labour Contractor to complete all legal formalities. Like I card
             Register, Attendance register, PF deduction, Pay slips, Monthly returns and
             Annual returns & Passing the monthly bills.
