   -   Managing and developing key distribution partners to accelerate presence and growth
       in the market place, eg. providing additional service such as big project management
   -   Lead Management
   -   KPI Management – monitoring the performance against set indicators such as
       customer satisfaction or error rate.
   -   Acting as an escalation point for distributors and my team. One of the main escalation
       projects is currently implementing new logistic requirements for automotive
       customers, which includes project definition, design, liaise with different departements and
       negotiating with customers
