Notes for suppliers
The purpose of this questionnaire is to assist the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames
in deciding which suppliers to short-list to invite to tender for the detailed design of market
stalls for Kingston Ancient Market.
Before completing this questionnaire please ensure that you have read and understood
the detailed requirements for the assignment set out in the “Consultancy brief for detailed
design of the market stalls.”
In order to simplify this process, you do not need to provide supporting documents such as
accounts, certificates, statements or policies with this questionnaire. However, the
Council may ask to see these documents at a later stage. You may also be asked to
clarify your answers or provide more details.

Where it appears in this questionnaire, the word “Authority” means the purchasing

Evaluation of supplier questionnaires

The supplier questionnaires received by RBK will be evaluated by a short-listing panel.
The role of the short-listing panel will be to determine which of the firms completing
supplier questionnaires should be invited to submit full tenders.

The table below explains the weightings that will be used by the short-listing panel during
the evaluation of supplier questionnaires.

Health and safety policies
