									Optimise Job Description – Senior Telemarketing Executive/Team Leader

  Job Title: Senior Telemarketing Executive/Team Leader

  Reports To: Kevin Young

  Level 3                            Full Time                        37.5 p/week

  General Description: The Senior Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for day to day
  calling on our high level accounts including calling to arrange appointments for Optimise with a
  view to reaching the aims of the clients, whether that is arranging appointments, generating
  leads, cleaning data or undertaking market research. They will also be expected to complete
  detailed records of the calls made on either a CRM system or an excel database. They will be
  expected to represent our clients in a business-like and professional manner. They will also be
  expected to cover/support the Head of Delivery, this will include helping the telemarketers
  with advice on their assignments, making sure that the office is running smoothly, a degree of
  interaction with clients and advising the regional sales office manager of what is happening in
  the office. You will also be expected to attend weekly meeting and offer input and feedback to
  help with the continued growth of Optimise.


           Booking new meetings with prospective clients
           Making upwards of 100 outbound calls per day
           Filling in databases or CRM systems accurately and with high levels of detail
           Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager on how the campaigns are going
           Making sure the telemarketing team are performing at a high level during the regional
            sales office managers absence
           Monitoring performance of the team during the regional sales office manager absence
           Advising the regional sales office manager of any situations that may occur

           Excellent Communication Skills
           Ability to think on your feet and use features and benefits
           A good clear telephone manner
           Tenacity and resilience
           Basic IT skills Word, Excel etc.
           A cheerful and positive disposition
           The ability to motivate and lead the team

        A minimum of 2 years outbound B2B calling experience
        A proven track record of arranging quality appointments
        Some degree of supervisory experience is desired

       Basic Salary - £20k to £25k – depending upon experience
       Commission - £7k to £10k
       Annual Profit Share
