Job Title: Office Administrator
Reporting to: Production Control Manager
To provide general administration support to the PRISM Management team.
General office administration - typing, preparing documents, keeping systems and records
To attend meetings take minutes, type minutes and actions
Order stationary and operatives work clothing
Answering general calls to the office, investigate and resolve queries
Co-ordinate visits from clients
Maintain Quality Management system and ensure BSI audit readiness
Inputting timesheets on Mosaic
Responsible for the Health & Safety of self and others
Undertake any reasonable task required by the business
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
Good IT skills, competent in Microsoft office packages.
Competent on Mosaic system
Personable and professional persona as first point of contact for visitors to PRISM.
Good organisation skills
Proactive approach to work
Good attendance record
