                        Salary Range: $58,536 to $90,324 per year.

    (Full time ongoing position, Slave Lake or Grouard other campuses will be considered)

   Qualifications:

      o   A Masters in Business Administration or another related Masters degree is required.
      o   Several years’ work experience in the business sector
      o   Excellent skills with MS Office
      o   Excellent communication and organizational skills
      o   Driver’s License

                                                 Job Description

                                   Business Administration Instructor (2012)

This position is responsible for planning, preparing and delivery of instruction and the evaluation of learning to
adult learners in the Business Administration programs. The position requires the sustained effort to coordinate
with learners, other instructors, counselors and administration to facilitate learner success. The incumbent
reports to the designated director or coordinator. Travel to various campuses is required.

Primary areas of responsibility are:

       Planning and preparing for instruction
       Delivery of instruction. Must address various learning styles and needs.
             o Courses will be primarily delivered during the day, however may be required to teach a course
                 during the evening
             o Courses will be delivered by distance in a synchronous manner using Collaborate and Moodle
                 technology
       Evaluate and report on student learning.
             o Conduct student performance reviews with individual students
       Perform administrative tasks.
             o Assist in the recruitment and enrolment of students
             o Track student attendance
             o Submit interim and year end reports
             o Maintain confidentiality and security of student information
             o Submit enrolment information and marks in a timely manner
       Assist the students in finding employment.
       Liaison with industry to ensure program is meeting industry’s needs.
       Work collaboratively with other departments of the College to facilitate learner success.

Required:
