Our Building Services Department provides mechanical and electrical building services
to both the commercial and domestic sector. Within this commercially competitive and
fast growing environment, we are seeking to recruit a full time clerical administrator.
Applicants will be responsible for answering all telephone enquiries, liaising with
customers, suppliers and service/maintenance engineers, dealing with financial queries
from customers, together with general office administration, data inputting and invoicing.
The successful candidate will have:-
o A pleasant and confident telephone manner
o The ability to use their own initiative
o The ability to work as part of a team in a pressurised environment
o Pride in their work and commitment to the highest levels of customer service
o Experience of Microsoft Office, Windows and Navision Financials (although training
can be provided if necessary)
