        Function as a bridge between Finance and Operations in order to facilitate an enhanced bidirectional flow of information, drive
         improvement, and increase profitability.
        Responsible for developing all cost estimates for potential future business and for proposed changes to current manufacturing processes
         and/or packaging specifications.

         Production Department; implement and maintain information systems in order to provide more timely and accurate management data.
        Improve efficiency of lines through time studies and investigation of downtime causes; analyze line layout and recommend changes;
         collect & analyze throughput data in order to create operational goals for cost savings projects; identify areas of high opportunity for
         cost reduction/improvement and perform line studies to determine causes of poor throughput and potential solutions.
        Function as site team leader for corporate-wide launch of new labor management/collection system; write VBA modules to convert all
         current routings to new LMS compatible format; test LMS functionality in test server environment ; create training documents and train
         employees how to use LMS; and provide system support after project launch.
        Hold position of “IT Liaison” for Manufacturing/Process Department; hold training classes on software systems, tools, and applications
         used by the department; and communicate department needs and issues to IT.
