Sub: 2012 Product of Quarter –IV( October – December 2012)



Gentlemen,

You shall be happy to learn that we are offering handsome incentive on our priority product –
Dazzle Oil (50 ml) for Q IV( October- December 2012). This incentive is in addition to the Annual
Incentive announced by the Company on Dazzle Oil. Details are as under:

              TERMS FOR QUARTERLY PRODUCT INCENTIVE ELIGIBILITY – 2012
       Quarterly Product Incentive Target is 35% of Annual Product target for each FO/HQ.
       Incentive to be calculated on SLS basis.
       Rupee wise achievement of 90% target for Quarter is a must.
       50% of Extra scheme portion of Product Sales (billed Quantity) shall be
        considered for incentive calculation.
       At least 25% of product sales (units) to be achieved in subsequent quarter
       Incentive to be disbursed after completion of subsequent quarter.
       FO must be part of Vasu Team at the time of incentive disbursal



All managers are advised to explain to their team members, terms and conditions of quarterly
