I.    STATEMENT

      A.      Poudre   Valley    Health         Care,    Inc.,      doing    business     as

Poudre Valley Hospital (“Poudre Valley”) was granted approval to

transfer      Certificate       of    Public         Convenience         and      Necessity

(“CPCN”) PUC No. 55678 to Anlance Protection, Ltd. (“Anlance”),

by Decision No. C01-0553, dated May 25, 2001.

      B.      The   Commission       received        a     letter    from      Anlance    on

August 15, 2001.        In this letter Anlance requests an extension

of time of 60 days within which to comply with the requirement

of   filing    an   acceptance       of    transfer         form    as   set      forth   in

Decision No. C01-0553.

      B.   Ordering     paragraph         No.    6    of    Decision        No.    C01-0553

requires that the parties must file the acceptance of transfer

form within 60 days of the effective date of the decision, or
before July 23, 2001.      Paragraph 6 also provides, however, that

additional time for compliance may be granted if good cause is

shown.

      C.      As grounds for its request, Anlance states that both

Anlance Protection, Ltd., and Poudre Valley Hospital are working

on the final draft of the service contract which will be signed

simultaneously with the acceptance of transfer form.

      D.      Sufficient grounds having been shown, Poudre Valley

and Anlance will be granted an additional 60 days within which

to file the required acceptance of transfer form.


II.   ORDER

      A.      The Commission Orders That:

              1.   The request of Anlance Protection, Ltd., for an

extension of time to meet the filing requirements set forth in

Decision No. C01-0553 is granted.

              2.   Poudre Valley Health Care, Inc., doing business

as Poudre Valley Hospital and Anlance Protection, Ltd., shall

complete the filing requirements set forth in ordering paragraph

No. 6 of Decision No. C01-0553 within 60 days of the effective

date of this order.

              3.   This Order shall be effective immediately.
