Liana is a senior facilitator and researcher with an uncanny ability to project an uplifting feel-
good-factor in her workshops. She strongly believes that knowledge and development come
more effectively through enjoyment and well-being.

Liana joined Performa in 2005 and is a certified Leader for The Art of Innovation Workshop.
She also manages the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors business in Cyprus and
Greece.

Liana has extensive international experience with manufacturing SMEs and the service
industry in strategic planning and promoting non-profit organisations. She was Partner and
Marketing Director of P.M. Toumazos (Clothing Industry) Ltd and later a Site Project Manager
for an Events Organizing company.

She holds a BA in French and Comparative Literature, an MBA from CIIM (Cyprus
International Institute of Management) and graduate training certificates from Philips College
(Marketing), Fashion Institute of Technology, NY (Textiles Technology) and CBI Netherlands
(Export Marketing). She has taken numerous courses in creativity, coaching and positive
psychology. Her latest area of investigation is Happiness at Work.

Her relentless energy is contagious and captivating, passionately promoting creativity and
assisting organizations become more innovative.

She loves yoga, dance, rock climbing, sailing and detective novels and is fluent in Greek,
English and operational in French.
